Beginner 10K Program

Remember when i started the couch to 5 k last year? went great! but over the last year, i've put some weight back on and whereas i still jogged some, i wasnt doing 3 times a week like i was. So, it's time for a new challenge.
So this spring, i'm going for the

Beginner 10K Program


And I will track my progress on here and reward myself weekly if i attain my goals, just as i did last time :D
I have a specific goal in mind too. Remember Christophe ran the 10 Foulée Piscenoise last year? I want to do that this year too. It's in November.

I hope I dont bore your to deathwith it,but rather encourage you to get moving. Try this if you're a couch potato. or if you feel you're not up to it, get up and walk for ten minutes - jsut throw on an ipod and sneakers (oh, and maybe some clothes, that would probably be a good idea) and head out the door! And let me know how it felt :D
