So this spring, i'm going for the
Beginner 10K Program
And I will track my progress on here and reward myself weekly if i attain my goals, just as i did last time :D
I have a specific goal in mind too. Remember Christophe ran the 10 Foulée Piscenoise last year? I want to do that this year too. It's in November.
I hope I dont bore your to deathwith it,but rather encourage you to get moving.
