This used to happen to me - when I started exercising my appetite would go way up and I would allow myself all kind of snacks thinking "I'm working out so I can have this". Once you have a workout routine, do the food journal, like Kendra says. A meal plan also helps. And always make sure you allow yourself some treats. We're rooting for you, girlfriend!caracolinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11740416144130346324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3613477747215845632.post-16331459433484624432009-06-21T14:59:20.958+02:002009-06-21T14:59:20.958+02:00This comment has been removed by the author.Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13010386613557001028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3613477747215845632.post-25019485569149967762009-06-21T14:58:56.290+02:002009-06-21T14:58:56.290+02:00thank you. makes me just wanna cry on your should...thank you. makes me just wanna cry on your shoulder :(
you're right about all this but it's so hard. and i'm not eating very healthily as a whole. ahem ahem....Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13010386613557001028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3613477747215845632.post-79791500033944381452009-06-21T14:31:52.655+02:002009-06-21T14:31:52.655+02:00Ok...buttons....my vote is for the butterflies. B...Ok...buttons....my vote is for the butterflies. But, I think she will love either one.

Now....clearly I have no business discussing weight, weight gain, weight loss, etc with ANYONE. I know you have been running and doing yoga, but the obvious question is about food. What have you been eating? Are you keeping a food journal?

Also, I don't really see how big boobs are a problem. But, then again, I don't have big boobs.

I would like to applaud Christophe for keeping his mouth shut during all of this. And I think that his doing so is for a good reason -

YOU ARE REALLY TRYING. AND NOT ONLY ARE YOU TRYING, YOU ARE STEPPING OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND TRYING SOMETHING NEW AND HARD. CHRISTOPHE SEES THAT. WE ALL SEE THAT. I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY TO JUST FOCUS ON BEING HEALTHY - NOT THE SIZE. CONTINUE TO EAT HEALTHY FOODS AND EXERCISE. YOU'LL BE FINE! YOU'RE DOING A GREAT JOB!Kendrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06154556056454638613noreply@blogger.com
